# Limits and Ethics

Sessions are clothed, consent‑based. No sexual services are offered. Confidentiality is respected.

In these sessions we work with energy, but we do not control it. Internal processes (such as trauma release) may arise that require emotional support from a professional. If that’s the case and you don’t have a therapist, I can recommend trusted professionals who work in‑person in Mallorca and others who offer remote sessions in Spanish, Catalan, English, and Russian.

It’s important to remember that massage and energy techniques can complement and integrate with other medical treatments, but **they should not replace a consultation with a healthcare professional**.

**Each person is responsible for their own process.** Healing is an individual journey and experiences may vary. No specific results are guaranteed, as energy work acts uniquely in each case.

If you are in an acute medical situation, are pregnant with complications, or are undergoing medical tests, consult your doctor first.
