Promotion Istanbul and Barcelona

Hello! I’m Fran, offering free Craniosacral Biodynamics sessions to complete my training and Tameana because I believe it is a very interesting and little‑known technique. The promotion is for Barcelona and Istanbul, cities where I usually spend long periods.

Below you have more details of each technique and a comparison. If you’re interested, you can book your appointment here or write to me via:

Craniosacral Biodynamics

I am in my third year of training in Craniosacral Biodynamics and offer free sessions as part of my training.

The sessions are conducted in clothing, on a massage table. The contact is very gentle, non‑invasive, and with minimal movement. The purpose is to help the body connect with its natural self‑healing capacity.

Sessions last approximately an hour and consist of four parts: a brief initial conversation and three contact phases where the practitioner’s hands remain in a fixed position.

The practitioner does not manipulate or channel energy into the client. The goal is to maintain a safe, judgment‑free space where the forces that organize the client’s system can express themselves and, through that expression, find a new way to reorganize. This enhances self‑healing.

Pain and trauma often leave a mark on the body’s energetic flows. This mark can be alleviated, even if the client does not consciously remember the event that caused it.

This promotion includes three free sessions, which is the most common treatment. Sessions are usually scheduled with a frequency of two or three weeks.

I conduct the sessions in:

  • Barcelona: < M > Diagonal / FGC Provença.
  • Istanbul:
    • Beşiktaş, near the Gayrettepe metro station.
    • Kuzguncuk, near the Kuzguncuk Bostanı.

If you have a massage table at home, I can come to your residence.

Tameana

Tameana uses quartz crystals to raise the vibrational frequency of the physical and energetic body, which can help the soul inhabit the material world with greater fluidity.

The techniques I practice most are:

  • Salush Nahí: raise the vibration of people (align yourself with your higher purpose)
  • H’ama: harmonize situations (such as gaining clarity on a topic) or spaces (such as clearing the energy of a house)

You can receive a free personal session. The usual treatment consists of three sessions, one per week for three weeks. This offer is time‑limited and is especially intended for people living in Istanbul who may not be familiar with this type of work.

H’ama work (for spaces or situations) is not included in the free promotion.

The session can be conducted in person or remotely. If in person, you will lie on the floor surrounded by quartz crystals.

Which is better for me: Craniosacral Biodynamics or Tameana?

In this table you can see some key aspects of both therapies.

AspectCraniosacral BiodynamicsTameana
OriginBased on scientific studies and academic lineageChannelled by Juan Manuel Giordano
Cultural rootsOsteopathic medicine, Europe and the USACheroquí spiritual wisdom
Nature of the techniqueBody therapy based on listening to the bodyVibrational energetic therapy with quartz crystals
Physical contactYes, very subtle, no movementNo contact required; can be done remotely
Role of the practitionerAccompanies without directing the body’s processSupports the space for energetic flow
Client participationCan express bodily sensations if desiredDoes not need to speak or share anything personal
Therapeutic approachFacilitates the body’s self‑regulationAligns the recipient with their soul purpose
Training duration3 years, with continuous supervisionBrief and direct training
Theoretical basis and bibliographyExtensive, with studies and publicationsNon‑academic, based on direct experience and channeling
Expected impactInternal reorganization, release of tensions and traumasEnergetic transformation at all levels

I use these techniques because both have had a great impact on my life when I received them as a client. They are non‑invasive and very subtle. They do not require the client to explain or know the origin of the problem. The therapist’s role is to facilitate a space, not to direct the process, not to judge, nor to recommend behaviors.

As a guide, we could say that if your interest is in the body and we can meet in person, the best option is Craniosacral Biodynamics. If your motivation is on the more spiritual plane or we cannot meet, then I would recommend Tameana.
