Istanbul Promotion

Hi, I’m Fran. I was born in Argentina and have lived in Spain for the past 26 years. Last year, I decided to leave my corporate life behind and focus on art and healing. I’ve been living in Istanbul since March 2025.

Craniosacral Biodynamics

I’m currently studying Craniosacral Biodynamics and offering free sessions as part of my training. Would you like to give it a try?

Craniosacral Biodynamic sessions are done fully clothed on a massage table. The touch is super gentle, non-invasive, and involves minimal movement. The purpose is to help the body reconnect with its natural healing abilities.

Sessions usually last about 1 hour and consist of four parts: a short talk and three still contact phases where the practitioner’s hands remain in fixed positions.

The practitioner does not manipulate or channel energy to the client. The objective is to maintain a safe, non-judgmental space where the forces that organize the client’s system can express themselves and, through that expression, find a way to reorganize. It empowers self-healing.

Pain and trauma often leave an imprint on the body’s energy flows. This imprint can be eased—even when the client doesn’t consciously remember the event that caused it.

This promotion includes three free sessions, which is the most common treatment plan. Sessions are usually scheduled every three weeks.

I’m doing the sessions in Beşiktaş, near the Fulya metro station. If you have a massage table at home, I can come to your place.

Tameana

I also offer a technique called Tameana. It uses quartz crystals to raise the vibrational frequency of the physical and energetic bodies, which can help the soul navigate the material world more easily.

Tameana can be used for:

  • Salush Nahí: to elevate the vibration of people (align you with your higher purpose)
  • H’ama: for situations (e.g., gaining clarity on a topic) or spaces (e.g., cleansing a house’s energy)

You can receive one free personal session. The usual treatment consists of three weekly sessions over three weeks. * This offer is for a limited time and is especially for people living in Istanbul* who may not be familiar with this kind of work.

H’ama sessions for spaces or situations are not included in the free offer.

The session can be done in person or remotely. In person, you’ll lie on the floor surrounded by quartz crystals.

Which is better for me Biodynamic or Tameana?

In this table you can see some key aspects of both therapies.

Nature of the techniqueBody-based therapy focused on listening to the bodyVibrational energy therapy using quartz crystals
Physical contactYes, very subtle, with no movementNo contact required; can be done remotely
Practitioner’s roleSupports but does not direct the body’s processHolds space for energy flow
Client involvementMay express bodily sensations if they wishNo need to talk or share personal information
Therapeutic approachFacilitates the body’s natural self-healingAligns the receiver with their soul’s purpose
Training duration3 years, with ongoing supervisionShort, direct training
Theoretical foundationStrong bibliography and research studiesNon-academic, based on direct experience and channeling
Expected impactInner reorganization, release of tension and traumaEnergetic transformation on all levels

I use these techniques because both have made a huge impact on my life when I received them as a client. They are non-invasive, and very subtle. They do not require the client to explain or know the origin of the problem. The therapist’s role is to facilitate a space, does not direct the process, does not judge, nor recommend behaviors.

As a guide we could say that if your interest is in the body and we can meet in person the best option is biodynamic. If your motivation is on a more spiritual level or we cannot meet then I would recommend Tameana.
